No Whining!

OK, ok, we agree. It's just no fun if your product doesn't work right. The good news is, if you're nice to us, we'll be more than nice to you. (Even if you're not nice to us, we'll still be nice!) With our fair, no nonsense outlook on life, we'll work with you to make whatever the problem is right. That's our promise. Just try and keep the whining down - and remember, no product is perfect!

Defective Product

Please make sure that your product IS actually defective. Consulting our Support Page first for product troubleshooting before returning your product to us may save all of us some trouble.

Should your My Light™ product be found defective, you may return it to us within 60 days of your purchase. We will refund your purchase cost plus shipping.

If you would like an exchange we will substitue your product and refund the cost of your return shipping.

Please make sure we have the necessary data to process your return: customer name, invoice number, the nature of the problem - and make us aware if you would like a refund or an exchange.

Defective Items returned to us after 60 days will not be refunded.

Non-Defective Product

My Light™ will accept the return of your non-defective product within 30 days of your purchase for refund or credit, minus shipping cost.

Please make sure we have the necessary data to process your return: customer name, invoice number and the reason for your return.

Your non-defective product must be returned to us in resalable condition. Non-defective items returned to us in poor condition or after 30 days will not be refunded.
